Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags still attached. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, is required.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original, unused and resalable condition. We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use, washing or damage caused after delivery. We reserve the right to decline a refund if a returned item does not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team at wearbreezeshirts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will send you clear instructions and the return address. Please do not send any item back before receiving confirmation from us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, items marked as final sale or clearance, personalised or custom-made products, and items sealed for hygiene or health reasons once they have been opened. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us at wearbreezeshirts@gmail.com before submitting your request.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, was damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us at wearbreezeshirts@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. In these cases we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or a replacement, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement. If you would like assistance with an exchange, contact us at wearbreezeshirts@gmail.com and our team will be glad to help.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at wearbreezeshirts@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly, so once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — in that case, the standard return process described above will apply.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that, after we process the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects or limits the statutory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country. Customers in the European Union may have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
